- How do I reserve a tennis court?
Vizcaya residents are allowed to use the Eagle Trace Tennis Courts. Vizcaya residents are required to abide by Rules and Regulations of Eagle Trace. Call Eagle Trace Tennis to reserve a court (954) 341 - 1020.
- What is the speed limit in the Vizcaya Community?
The limit in the Vizcaya community is 15 MPH. Failure of homeowners to obey speed limits will result in permission be allowed by the Vizcaya Board of Directors to the City of Coral Springs Police force to enter the Vizcaya community and monitor speeds throughout the streets in the property and issue citations.
- Can I park my car on the local street in front of my house?
You are allowed to park your vehicle either in your driveway or in a designated parking area that are located throughout the Vizcaya property. Vehicles parked in the street are subject to ticketing and towing.
- Can I park my car at the pool area overnight?
No vehicles may be parked at the pool area overnight. Any vehicles parked at the pool parking area between 2:00AM and 6:00AM are subject to ticketing and towing.
- I witnessed acts of vandalism in the community, what can I do?
You are encouraged to report any suspicious or deliberate acts in the Vizcaya community. You can do three things -
- Call 911 and report to the police
- Call Campbell Property Mgt Co. at (954) 427 - 8770 and report the incident of vandalism to Brian Tight. All information provided to Campbell Property Mgt Co. will keep all acts of vandalism reported confidential.
- Using the "Contact" feature from this web site contact the Vizcaya HOA and report the incident.
PLEASE NOTE: PARENTS OF MINOR CHILDREN (UNDER THE AGE OF 18) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF VANDALISM AND WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY DAMAGES TO THE VIZCAYA AT LAKE CORAL SPRINGS COMMUNITY.
