To better serve the community we have combined the Pool/Clubhouse, Communications and Youth Committees into one. The new committee will go under the heading of Community Committee this new committee will encompass and represent all three interests in our neighborhood.
Guidelines for the Vizcaya Pool & Clubhouse
VIZCAYA POOL & SPA RULES
FOR YOUR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY.
If you observe improper behavior at the pool or spa please call the non-emergency police number 954-344-1800.
The pool and spa is for the use of Vizcaya residents and their guests only.
****A RESIDENT MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS****
A parent or an adult guardian must accompany children under the age of 13 to use the pool and whirlpool. Children under the age 13 without an adult will be asked to vacate the pool area at sunset.
Shower before you enter into the pool or whirlpool.
The pool and spa opens at sunrise to sunset. Homeowners will be asked to vacate to the pool at sunset.
Do not bring pets, glass or breakable items into the pool area.
Skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller blades, skates or riding toys are not allowed in the pool area.
Infants not toilet trained must wear swimmer diapers.
No objects or furniture not intended for pool use should be put in the pool, nothing metal is allowed in the pool or spa.
No detergent, soap or foreign substances in the pool or whirlpool.
No diving, running, horseplay or back flips!
No drinking, eating or smoking while in the pool or whirlpool. Smoking in designated area only.
All safety devices are to be untouched except for emergencies (intended use).

TENNIS COURTS
Vizcaya residents are allowed to use the Eagle Trace Tennis Courts. Vizcaya residents are required to abide by Rules and Regulations of Eagle Trace.

FITNESS CENTER RULES
The Fitness Center is for the use of Vizcaya residents.
****A RESIDENT MUST ACCOMPANY GUESTS****
Equipment is strictly used for the intended purpose.
Please notify Campbell Management, 954-427-8770 with any issues pertaining to the equipment or clubhouse.
An adult must accompany and supervise children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 13 will not be permitted in the fitness center.
Wet swim attire is not permitted.
Traditional footwear is required in the fitness area, no bare feet.
Skateboards, bicycles, scooters, roller blades, skates or riding toys are not allowed in the fitness room.
No key, No Access, residents should not unlock doors for others or leave doors open for access.
Cost of damage to the equipment is responsible to the user.
